The exact scope of each project will depend on the agreed proposal, quotation, package, or written communication between CorePixelLabs and the client.

2. Project Requirements

Before starting a project, the client may be required to provide necessary information, content, images, branding materials, login credentials, technical details, and other resources required for the project.

Delays in providing required information or materials may affect the project timeline.

CorePixelLabs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client.

3. Quotes and Project Pricing

Project prices are based on the requirements known at the time of quotation.

A quotation may include specific services, features, revisions, integrations, or deliverables.

Requests outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.

Any additional work should be discussed and approved before it is carried out where reasonably possible.

4. Payments

Payment requirements will be communicated before or during project commencement.

Depending on the project, CorePixelLabs may require:

Full payment in advance
A deposit before work begins
Milestone payments
Final payment before delivery or launch

The agreed payment schedule takes precedence for the relevant project.

CorePixelLabs may pause work if required payments are overdue.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines depend on:

Project complexity
Client responsiveness
Availability of required content
Number of revisions
Third-party integrations
Technical issues
Hosting or platform requirements

Any timeline provided by CorePixelLabs should be considered an estimate unless a specific completion date has been agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful content and information required for the project.

The client must ensure that materials supplied to CorePixelLabs do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.

The client is also responsible for reviewing and approving project materials during the development process.

7. Design and Development Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed package or quotation.

Revision requests should relate to the original project scope.

Major changes to the original design, functionality, structure, or requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

8. Website Content

Unless specifically included in the agreed service, the client is responsible for providing:

Website text
Product information
Images
Videos
Business information
Policies
Legal content
Branding assets

If CorePixelLabs provides content creation, copywriting, SEO content, or other materials, the applicable scope and pricing will be agreed separately.

9. Third-Party Services

Websites and applications may rely on third-party platforms and services such as:

WordPress
Shopify
Webflow
Wix
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment gateways
Plugins
Themes
APIs
Software libraries
Analytics platforms

CorePixelLabs does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, pricing, functionality, security, or future compatibility.

Third-party subscription, licensing, application, hosting, or platform fees are generally the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the project agreement.

10. Domain and Hosting

Where CorePixelLabs provides domain or hosting services, those services may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.

Clients are responsible for maintaining required domain and hosting payments unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to renew domains, hosting, licenses, subscriptions, or third-party services may result in website interruption or loss of access.

11. SEO Services

CorePixelLabs may provide SEO services designed to improve a website's search engine visibility and organic performance.

However, SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website history, industry, content quality, technical factors, and market conditions.

Therefore, CorePixelLabs does not guarantee:

Specific Google rankings
A specific traffic level
A specific number of leads
A specific revenue amount
Guaranteed search engine placement

Any SEO projections or estimates are not guarantees of future performance.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final approved custom deliverables for which full payment has been received, subject to third-party licenses and materials.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, APIs, libraries, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

CorePixelLabs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, frameworks, reusable components, development methods, templates, and general know-how.

13. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CorePixelLabs may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

If a project is confidential or the client does not want the project publicly displayed, the client should notify CorePixelLabs in writing.

14. Confidentiality

We respect confidential business and project information shared with us.

CorePixelLabs will take reasonable steps to keep confidential information private and will not intentionally disclose it to unauthorized parties except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.

15. Website Security

We take reasonable measures to develop and maintain secure websites.

However, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

CorePixelLabs is not responsible for security incidents caused by:

Compromised third-party services
Weak passwords
Insecure hosting
Outdated plugins or software
Client modifications
Unauthorized access
Malware
Vulnerabilities introduced after project delivery
External attacks beyond reasonable control

16. Website Maintenance

Unless maintenance is specifically included in the service agreement, website maintenance after project completion is not automatically included.

Maintenance may include updates, backups, security monitoring, bug fixes, content updates, or technical support depending on the selected service.

Additional maintenance work may be charged separately.

17. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the project and agreed payment terms.

Because digital services may involve time, resources, design work, development work, licenses, subscriptions, and third-party expenses, payments may not always be refundable once work has started.

Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable project agreement, payment terms, work completed, and non-refundable third-party costs.

Where a project-specific refund policy has been agreed in writing, that policy will apply to the project.

18. Delivery and Acceptance

When a project or milestone is presented for review, the client should review the deliverables within a reasonable period.

If the client approves the work or begins using the delivered website, design, application, or other deliverable, it may be considered accepted.

Unreported issues after acceptance may be treated as new support or change requests unless they relate to an agreed warranty or included support period.

19. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful activities or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

You must not use our services to knowingly create, distribute, host, or facilitate harmful, fraudulent, malicious, or illegal content.

CorePixelLabs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work that violates applicable laws, platform policies, or these Terms.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CorePixelLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
